Snow II

We headed up to the cabin for a few nights so that John could get some skiing in and Alexis and I could play in the snow. We loved every minute of it. Alexis had so much fun making snow angels. We tried to sled down the small hill in front of the house, but there was so much snow, we were moving at a snail's pace.

 

 

 

Sunday Dinners

Every other Sunday, we have dinner with John's whole family. Alexis is in heaven when all of her cousins come over. It is so fun to see them play together. After dinner, we are always treated to a show where all of the cousins raid the dress-up closet and then do performances of dancing, singing, and playing an instruments.

The best is when Grandpa plays the piano and everyone dances!

I was feeling crafty this year and made a Valentine's flag bunting to hang up and a tissue paper wreath. The wreath took forever! So, I've decided the decorations are staying up for the rest of the month.

 

 

 

 

Uh Oh . . .

Someone had a run-in with the sidewalk, and the sidewalk won.  Look at that fat lip!

 

Fresh Air

We are so lucky to have a park just down the hill from the house. Alexis loves to go, even when it's a bit cold. It just feels good to get some fresh air and get outside.  I love the bunny hat that Alexis got for her birthday.  And those sunglasses!

50 cents

Alexis loves carousels, and she was being such a good girl while we were running errands, we couldn't pass up this one outside of the Rite Aid.  It's amazing how much fun 50 cents can buy!
